We act as your developer and technical system hosting manager. We do not guarantee specific lead volume, booked customer calls, or direct financial revenue metrics resulting from the development or launch of your business website.
2. DESIGN SETUP INVESTMENTS & RECURRING HOSTING
The Setup Investment: We charge a flat, one-time setup fee of $750 to hand over full ownership of the website design assets, build out the layouts, and map your business domain name to our cloud servers. Because we allocate immediate manual development labor to customize these sites, all setup fees are fully earned and non-refundable once your billing link transaction is approved.
Recurring Web Hosting: To keep your website securely broadcasted live to the global internet, you are enrolled in a recurring $30/month web hosting and maintenance package. You can cancel this hosting subscription at any absolute time by sending an explicit cancellation request email or text to your account manager. Upon cancellation, your web files will be disconnected from the live server grid at the conclusion of your current monthly billing cycle.
To maintain an active, unblocked communication profile with our team inside the GoHighLevel ecosystem, you must strictly adhere to cellular network carrier regulations (A2P 10DLC networks) and federal telecom laws.
Explicit Opt-In Requirements: You are legally required to maintain a compliant opt-in mechanism (such as our approved website form checkbox layouts) wherever you collect consumer mobile numbers.

5. LIMITATION OF CIVIL LIABILITY
SITELAUNCH DIGITAL, its web design contractors, and its data host infrastructure managers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website server downtime, search engine ranking shifts, domain mapping lookup delays, filtered contact form notifications, or lost local business revenue arising out of the use or inability to use our website design services.
